Who we are

Smoke Count is an iOS app published by Fabulous Apps LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the app and the website at smokecount.app, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a basic identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email, to create and secure your account.
  • App activity you enter: the cravings, triggers, slips, goals and progress you log. This is what makes the app useful to you.
  • Subscription information: purchases and trial status are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Usage and diagnostics: basic analytics and crash data to keep the app working, and Apple Search Ads attribution to understand which campaigns bring new users.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and improve the app, manage your subscription, keep your account secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Account and app data are stored using Google Firebase. Subscription state is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

The website at smokecount.app uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CZYDEE31YZ) to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site, with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default. In the EU, EEA and UK a cookie banner asks for your choice before any analytics cookies are set; elsewhere analytics is enabled on load. When you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gid to measure visits. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of any page.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@smokecount.app. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete data held in your account.

Health information

Smoke Count is a self-tracking and motivation tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. The information you log is for your own use. For medical guidance about quitting smoking, speak to a healthcare professional.

Children

Smoke Count is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version here.
