By downloading or using Smoke Count, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Smoke Count is provided by Fabulous Apps LLC.
Smoke Count helps you track cravings and progress as you reduce or quit smoking. It is a motivation and self-tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice or treatment.
Some features require a paid subscription. A free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your Apple ID is charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged through your Apple ID.
Use the app only for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about quitting smoking and any related health concerns.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fabulous Apps LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with the date above.
